The story of missionaries killed in Ecuador in 1956 inspired me to look for a plane with similar dimensions.
The Parkzone Sport Cub S2 is a dead-on 1/8 scale replica. Wingspan is 51" (95%), Fuse is 34" (98%), and the width is dead-on. My plane is very similar to the replica used in the 2005 movie, "The End of the Spear."
The red/white model was covered in Econokote Cut Yellow. I used Callie Graphics. The plastic parts were sprayed with Rustoleum's Golden Harvest.
