RC Plane for Stopping Tornadoes

Hi my name is curtis I am the creator of tornadodisbursement.com and I would like to work with some one who can, or has built a large enough scale model plane or jet that can carry a payload of fiberglass or light weight helium tanks into a new forming tornado for

a data analysis.

Maybe. some one in Oklahoma Arkansas please see who you can find that might work with me on my idea for stopping new forming tornados.

You'll need a 333 Exemption

You are talking a very large model - something probably like a very large gas driven Telemaster. This has been done before, there's a video to be found online. This is very very very dangerous due to the limited range such an aircraft will have and the conditions it'll be flying in.

Not to mention since this appears to be a business/educational endeavor you're probably going to need a 333 Exemption from the FAA. Which means your pilot has to have a full scale license, medical, and contact with ATC at all times.
