need electronics picks

Hi,

I'm building my first RC electric plane, I have the Tom-E-Boy 150 almost built and need the electronics for it.

Can you provide me with your choices/suggestions. I want a 4ch micro(?) receiver, micro servos, lipo battery, ESC, brush less motor, and prop.

I don't have a controller yet but am trying to find a Spektrum (4-ch) that I can grow into without killing my pocket.

Thanks
