Flying radio control airplanes really is an awesome experience. You can feel the adrenaline that surges throughout your body as the fate of your pride and joy lies in the steady movements of your fingers. You feel your heart thumping as your model screams by the runway, inverted, at speeds upwards of 60 MPH! Many times I am actually shaking after landing my airplane safely!
You begin to obsess on when you can get your bird in the air again in order to get that next fix of adrenaline! You spend hours in the garage building, tweaking, and preparing your airplane for the next flight!
This hobby is more than just building and flying airplanes. It's about comradery. It's about helping others that share your passion. I learn so much from the more experienced flyers at my club. They bend over backwards to help me!
I want to return the favor by passing this knowledge on to you. I have taken everything that I have learned about this most awesome hobby and put it in one convenient location.
