Tiger 25 - Fuel coming out side of head normal?

I have a thunder tiger 25, is it normal if engine is flooded that I have fuel coming out the side of the head.

check bolts and gaskets...

Is the fuel leaking where the head is bolted to the block? If so, no this is not normal. Maybe be a bad gasket or loose head bolts.

It is normal for excess fuel to come out the exhaust port when the engine is running rich. Are the bolts that hold the exhaust to the block good and tight? Is the gasket good there?
