Old Enya 40 4c

by Teddy Coughlin
(Cazenovia NY)

Idle and mid speed running is a little choppy and bouncy, but at full throttle it surges a ton. The high speed needle Dosent change it at all. I can keep leaning it until it quits, and richining it until it quits. It is upsides down but that shouldn't have a big effect? Also it's carb is alittle restricted but Dosent seem like enough to to cause a problem let me know. Thanks, Teddy

Inverted glow engines are not reliable
by: rcdude07

Just for kicks, turn it right side up on a stand and run it to see what happens. In the past inverted glow engines just don't run well. Check the bearings, etc... as well. I don't have specific experience with Enyas.
