If you try to fly the T-28 too slow she will Stall and spin out. I lost two of these before realizing what I was doing.

planted mine once
by: Matt

I planted mine once. Got to cocky and wasn't really paying attention to what I was doing. Did a loop to close to the ground. Without enough airspace couldn't pull out in time.

Broke the entire nose clean off! My 3 year old boy thinks that is his plane and he was not happy. He said "Daddy! Why you crash? You have to be careful with my airplane!". Even though I was bummed out about the crash, that made me laugh!

But I loaded it up with Gorilla Glue and put it in the vice and it's good as new!

Gorrilla glue is perfect for working with Z-foam. You have to try it next time you crash. You'd be surprised at what you can repair, and it is strong too!

I added a touch of black and red paint over the seem and you can't even tell it has been crashed!
