You say it will not adjust. When you turn the high speed needle nothing happens?
It is possible that you damaged the high speed needle during the crash. Or, you could have damaged the engine block. I small crack could make it where the carburetor doesn't seal correctly.
If it was running fine before the crash and now you can't tune it, then something is probably damaged.
I suggest giving it a good looking over and check for anything that looks bent or cracked. Hopefully it is just the needle valve or something replaceable. If the block is damaged then you will probably need a new engine.
