Nitro car goes full speed when first started Please help?

I recently got a new pull start and fitted it on the car. And put some fuel in and tried starting it.

It took a while and then started but went full speed and the controller didn't work. I took the glow plug out and it cut out.

I tried it again a few minutes later when it cooled down. It did the same thing full speed!!! Please help Thanks

hi i tink your carb is full open and yhe carburation is too idle.

bee carfull because you can blow your engine.
