My RC airplane engine is always cutting out

Hi, I am having some trouble getting my RC aircraft airborne due to my engine always cutting out.

It will start up fine, and then run smooth, but then aftr I increase the throttle it will also be fine, untill i return it back to idle and then often the emgine will cut out.

Any help will be greatly appriciated thanks!

Sound like low speed valve

Hi,

It sounds like the low speed valve may need adjusting.

When it's idling pinch the fuel tubing shut and listen very carefully if it sounds like the RPM's increase before it dies.

If it does, lean it out just a tiny bit.

If it dies immediately when you pinch the hose, the richen the low speed just a tad.

Only make very tiny adjustments, like turning it 1/16 of an inch.
