Hi Joe,

What you are describing is usually referred to as an ARF.

With kits, you have to build the entire airplane the ground up with the parts supplied in the kit.

An ARF is where you just have to put the larger pieces together after they have been built and covered. So what you are looking for is an ARF.

There may be J3 Cub ARF's available as .15 to .25 size, but I personally don't know of any.

Great Planes sells a 20 size kit, but that's not really what your looking for, because you would have to build and cover it.

E-Flite makes a 25 size J3 ARF which would be a perfect match for what your wanting if you could live with it being electric powered.

I suppose it's possible to put a .20 size glow engine in there, but that's now what it's designed for. The engine and fuel would probably be too heavy.

You could contact E-Flite and ask them if you could use a small glow engine with this plane.

You also may want to see what's available on eBay. The box below shows current auctions for Cub ARFS. You can click the link at the very bottom of the box to see more listings.

I hope this helps. Keep me posted on what you decide to go with. I'm eager to see what you come up with!
