Glow plug disconnection

by Hamilton

Hi,

I have been trying to get my engine to run steadily, but after I start it, and disconnect the glow plug the engine often cutts out, should I wait a while for it to warm up or is my mixture too rich??

While setting the Needle valve what am I looking for in both the highspeed and the slow speed?

Thanks, Hamilton

sounds kinda rich...

Hello,

If a glow engine quits immediately after you remove the electric than it's probably a little too rich.

Here is a detailed description on what to look for when adjusting both the high and low needle valves.

Let me know if you still have more questions after reading the above.

Good Luck!

Matt
