glow engine cuts out

when im throtteling up it cuts out like its going to die but then picks back up.

It's hard to say without more information. But it sounds like it's probably too rich.

When an engine is too rich it will stumble like that. Try the pinch test to check to see if high speed is set correctly. The pinch test is explained about mid way down the tuning page.
