Batteries for Electric Twin Dornier Do 335

I am building an electric twin motor Dornier Do 335. I plan to use the same motor fore and aft. The manufacturer's suggested battery configuration is 5S5000x2 (10S).

Should I double this to accommodate the two motors or is one set enough?

I just built my first twin, GWS P-38. In all my research with twins and quads (C-130 and B-17 kits) I see one lipo is good enough for 2 motors. The C-130 and B-17 kits/ARFs all require 2 lipos per flight. The manufacturers spend a lot of time figuring out the best power system.

With two motors, you'll probably use 2 ESCes, be sure to remove the power lead from one of the ESCes so you don't fry your RX with 2 power sources.
