Did you just loose control over the motor?

What exactly went wrong? How did it make you crash? Sorry to hear about your loss. That's gotta suck...

Where did you purchase it from? The least they could do is to replace the ESC if it was bad...

Was it an ESC with a battery eliminator circuit? So you lost power to the entire receiver?

I would at least demand a new ESC if you can prove that it's faulty. That's the least they can do.

Did you buy in online or in a shop?
